Omniport Holdings Limited is a UK-based airport investment and management company specialising in the operation and development of regional airports.

The Company has a clear strategy of concentrating on regional airports where it believes that significant future growth in air traffic will develop as a result of congestion at major hubs and also from the continuing growth in point to point and low cost regional air services.

Omniport is the full owner of Maastricht Aachen Airport in the Netherlands, which it acquired in July 2004 from the Dutch State and other regional public interests.

On 11 June 2014, it was announced that Omniport had sold its interest in Norwich International Airport to the Rigby Group.

Chairman Dr Godfrey Ainsworth said, "the disposal of Norwich International Airport concludes over ten years of ownership by Omniport.  During this period we invested over 14m in infrastructure and facilities and in addition have secured investment from other third parties, the Klyne Business Aviation Centre being a prime example.  We have built a strong management team led by CEO Andrew Bell and I would like to thank him and all of our employees who have contributed to the growth and development of Norwich Airport under our ownership.  We leave the business in a strong commercial and financial position, well positioned for future success."

Omniport previously held a minority shareholding in Glasgow Prestwick International Airport which it sold in December 2003.

The Company is committed to a programme of continued investment in order to provide excellent facilities, sufficient capacity and high levels of service for both passenger and cargo users.
