Omniport Holdings Limited is a UK-based airport investment and management company specialising in the operation and development of regional airports.

The Company has a clear strategy of concentrating on regional airports where it believes that significant future growth in air traffic will develop as a result of congestion at major hubs and also from the continuing growth in point to point and low cost regional air services.

Omniport is the majority owner (80.1%) of Norwich International Airport in the UK which it acquired in March 2004 from Norwich City Council and Norfolk County Council who retain a minority share.

Omniport is also the full owner of Maastricht Aachen Airport in the Netherlands, which it acquired in July 2004 from the Dutch State and other regional public interests.

Omniport previously held a minority shareholding in Glasgow Prestwick International Airport which it sold in December 2003.

The Company is committed to a programme of continued investment at its airports in order to provide excellent facilities, sufficient capacity and high levels of service for both passenger and cargo users.

Omniport is also evaluating other airport acquisition opportunities worldwide.
